£5 for the day
(Please also bring some ID with your address on
such as Fishing Licence or Driving Licence
and £20 deposit which is returnable)

At Mere Beck there are clean toilets, free tea and coffee making facilities in either of the two cabins and a small shop selling snacks & drinks and a selection of flies.

We are currently open every day from 8am to sunset or 9.30pm whichever is sooner.

However, it is always advisable to book in advance or at least phone to check availability as we occasionally close for maintenance or restocking.

Juniors are 16 years old and under and for safety reasons
juniors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We are able to take payment by cheque or cash
but cannot accept credit card

Again we will help you create the perfect day appertaining to your needs
and fishing requirements and will assist you in compiling the most cost effective package possible.

Our Fishing season

Due to the fact we have Brown Trout, Blue Trout and Rainbow within our system of rivers, small streams and lakes. WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. However anglers are not permitted to deliberately fish for species that are out of season.
